Brazilian football giants Corinthians have confirmed the appointment of a new manager until the end of next year. Corinthians have secured the return of Brazilian tactician Sylvinhoto the club as the new manager and the 47-year-old has signed a deal that will take him at the club until the end of 2022.

Sylvinho won several trophies for Corinthians as a player before he returned to the club as a technical assistant in 2013. During his time as a Corinthians player, Sylvinho won the 1995 Copa do Brasil and the 1998 Campeonato Brasileiro.
